Craniosacral Therapy
Craniosacral Therapy, founded by Dr. John Upledger, D.O., is a light-touch approach to balancing the nervous system from the inside-out. This therapy is non-invasive and aims to balance the cranial sacral system and release tension and energy cysts throughout the body, guiding the body towards homeostasis. This work is great for everyone; from adults to newborns.
The work is based on the understanding that cerebrospinal fluid ebbs and flows in a semi-closed hydraulic system, which in turn can be recognized as the cranial sacral rhythm. This rhythm can be monitored anywhere in the body and can guide a therapist to dis-ease in the body as well as various forms of restrictions and compression in the cranial vault.
Craniosacral Therapy provides opportunities for deep reflection and a full range of sensations. It is very common to feel waves of calm as well as images or thoughts throughout the session. This is all part of the gift of experiencing your body.
Cupping
Cupping is a modality that is rooted in folk medicine throughout Asia. Cupping is excellent for sports recovery and pain as it stimulates the lymphatic system and releases the fascial layer of the muscles. Cups are attached to the body and manipulated to treat muscle pain and stimulate the elimination of metabolic waste. It is a household healing technique that can be taught to anyone. It is also popular in Europe. Glass cups are used in Fire Cupping and plastic cups are used in Pneumatic cupping. In fire cupping, a flame is used to create the vacuum that attaches the cup to the body. In Pneumatic cupping, the vacuum is created using the air and a hand pump.
Massage Therapy

Each session is customized based on the client’s specific needs and goals, whether addressing acute or chronic conditions, injury prevention, rehabilitation, or general wellness. The practice is grounded in a comprehensive understanding of anatomy and physiology, ensuring that the techniques used are safe, effective, and tailored to the individual.
